This Institute Provides a flexible Career pathway offering a diverse range of courses which give students an opportunity to obtain board based skills in different fields of applied sciences. The Institute has inducted Master's Degree courses in Biotechnology and Microbiology from session 2003-2004.

The Institute has further embarked upon new post graduate teaching programs in M.Sc. Botany, M.Sc. chemistry and Under Graduate Programs in the faculty of Science i.e. B. Sc. (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Math, Physics and Chemistry), faculty of Arts with computer application

The Institute has well trained faculty and state of art laboratories which provides most desirable research facilities to hard working and intelligent students. The laboratories are well equipped with imported and indigenous instruments necessary for training in advanced areas of Secondary Plant Metabolism, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Fermentation Technology and Microbiology. The Location of an Agricultural University and National Research Center on Camel with excellent facilities in biotech research, and a well equipped hospital with a good microbiology laboratory are the added advantage of this institution.

Looking towards the facilities and infrastructure in MNCRI, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner has permitted the institute to conduct Ph.D. Program in Biotechnology and Microbiology from 2006.

The institute has also started Diploma in Dairy Management and Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy affiliated to Rajasthan ILD Skill University, Jaipur under the skill development program
